Nile Breeze provides dahabiya cruises, Nile journeys, and related travel services in Egypt. By making a reservation, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

All itineraries, descriptions, photographs, and service details are provided for general guidance. Actual experiences may vary depending on weather conditions, navigation requirements, operational circumstances, and local regulations.

All reservations with Nile Breeze are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. Customers are encouraged to provide accurate travel dates, the number of guests, preferred dahabiya, and any special requests when submitting a booking inquiry.

A reservation is considered confirmed only after Nile Breeze has issued written confirmation and received any required deposit or payment specified in the booking offer.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the booking confirmation carefully, including travel dates, itinerary, accommodation arrangements, included services, exclusions, and payment deadlines. Any errors or discrepancies should be reported to Nile Breeze as soon as possible.

Requests for specific cabins, vessels, itineraries, dietary arrangements, or additional services are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.

Any changes to a confirmed reservation, including changes to travel dates, guest numbers, or selected services, must be requested in writing and are subject to availability and applicable charges.

Customers must provide accurate contact information and notify Nile Breeze promptly of any changes that may affect their reservation. Nile Breeze will make reasonable efforts to communicate important booking updates using the contact details provided.

By submitting a reservation request, customers acknowledge that the booking is subject to these Terms & Conditions and any additional conditions communicated and agreed upon before confirmation.

A booking is considered confirmed only after the required deposit or payment has been received and confirmation has been issued by Nile Breeze.

The payment schedule, deposit amount, and outstanding balance will be communicated to the customer before confirmation. Any applicable bank charges, transaction fees, or additional service costs will be disclosed where relevant.

Failure to complete payments by the agreed deadlines may result in changes to or cancellation of the reservation, subject to the applicable cancellation terms.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through the official contact details provided by Nile Breeze. The date on which the written cancellation is received will be used to determine any applicable cancellation charges.

Cancellation fees, refund eligibility, and refund processing times depend on the booking conditions communicated at the time of reservation.

Where possible, Nile Breeze will inform customers of any non-refundable deposits, third-party charges, or special conditions before payment. Any exceptional circumstances will be assessed in accordance with the applicable booking terms and law.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they possess valid passports, visas, permits, identification, and any other documents required for their journey.

Travelers should verify entry requirements, visa conditions, and document validity with the relevant official authorities before departure.

Nile Breeze cannot guarantee entry into Egypt or access to any destination where a traveler does not meet the applicable legal or documentation requirements.

Nile Breeze aims to provide a comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable experience on the Nile. Itineraries and activities may be adjusted due to weather, river conditions, navigation restrictions, safety requirements, or other circumstances beyond reasonable operational control.

Customers are expected to follow the crew's safety instructions, respect fellow travelers and local communities, and comply with applicable rules while onboard.

Any special dietary requirements, accessibility needs, medical considerations, or other important requests should be communicated before the trip so that arrangements can be assessed in advance.

Nile Breeze will exercise reasonable care in arranging and providing its services, subject to applicable law and the terms of the confirmed booking.

To the extent permitted by law, Nile Breeze shall not be responsible for losses, delays, or disruptions arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, government restrictions, transportation interruptions, or other unforeseen events.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Customers are encouraged to obtain suitable travel insurance covering medical expenses, cancellations, personal belongings, and other relevant travel risks.

Nile Breeze reserves the right to make reasonable changes to itineraries, schedules, services, or onboard arrangements when necessary for safety, operational requirements, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Where a significant change affects a confirmed booking, Nile Breeze will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer and explain any available alternatives or applicable refund arrangements in accordance with the booking terms and applicable law.

Any amendments requested by the customer are subject to availability and may result in additional charges. Changes are not confirmed until acknowledged in writing by Nile Breeze.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from bookings, services, or travel arrangements with Nile Breeze shall be handled by the competent courts in Egypt, subject to applicable law
